The Katthjälpen Association is dependent on external support to continue helping homeless cats to a better life. We receive no funding from the state or municipality, and therefore gifts and donations are very important to our operations.

Gifts and wills
You also have the opportunity to think about the homeless cats in your will. A testamentary gift to Katthjälpen can be, for example, money, a property or securities. In your will, you can choose whether you want to donate a certain amount, a certain percentage or all of your assets. You decide for yourself what and how much you want to donate. All gifts make a difference – large or small. The association is registered with the County Administrative Board. Our organisation number is 846502-5305.

Food donation boxes
We have food donation boxes in two different stores in Malmö. Here you can donate cat food and other cat-related items. We usually have the greatest need for wet food.

You can also support us by becoming a member, volunteer or sponsor.
Member
As a member you will receive an invitation to our open houses with flea market, coffee, raffle and visits to the cats at the cat shelter.
Sponsor
Being a sponsor means that you cover the costs of a selected cat cage for 6 months. A sign with your name will be placed on the cage you or your company sponsors.
Volunteer
Volunteers are essential to our ability to continue helping homeless cats and we are always in need of volunteers. There is always something you can contribute!
